Warranty terms
 
Ⅰ、 Warranty period and scope
1.  From the date you sign for this product, please install it correctly within one month, fill in the product warranty card in a timely manner, and fill in and submit the warranty information on our WeChat official account (JBOM) or website (www.jbom. com. cn).
2.  This product has an engine fault light related to the ternary catalytic component, with a warranty period of one year and unlimited mileage; From the date of purchase of the product from the warehouse.
3.  During the warranty period, due to product quality issues, the engine fault light related to the three-way catalytic component will light up. We provide a free warranty (repair or replacement).
4.  Paid maintenance outside the warranty period, subject to additional maintenance costs.
 
Ⅱ、 Non warranty scope
1.  The issue of engine malfunction lights that are not caused by product quality reasons, including but not limited to the use of additives or chemical oil products, resulting in yellowing, redness, and whitening of ternary catalysis and oxygen sensors.
2.  External factors cause ternary catalytic damage, including but not limited to damage caused by vehicle collisions, improper installation, and unstable working conditions of engine related components.
3.  Due to the unique nature of the product, our company's warranty commitment to the product is limited to the owner who purchased and used our company's product, and is bound to the vehicle's unique frame number, VIN code (which is already bound when the product is shipped out, but will not be valid for later replacement) and license plate number. If the owner or frame number is changed due to vehicle ownership transfer or product transfer, warranty services will no longer be provided.
 
Ⅲ、 Exemption from Liability
1.  If there are quality issues with the product that require warranty and after-sales service, please go to the purchased dealer for warranty and after-sales service. The dealer and user should cooperate in conducting after-sales related testing and other matters. If they cannot cooperate with relevant testing, our company will no longer provide after-sales service.
2.  Our company's warranty commitment to the product is limited to the quality issues of the product itself, and we do not assume joint and several liability for other related issues arising from product issues (such as vehicle collisions and accidents, personnel maintenance costs, trailer costs, owner and related personnel working hours, profit losses, and other related personal losses).
3.  The final interpretation rights of this regulation belong to our company.
